Fall is in the Air… Welcomed Winds of Change

Our first day of fall in Northwest Arkansas was met with a drop in temperature to 70s from nearly 100 the days before. The wind blew and with it a noticeable change of seasons. Of course two days later heat was felt again, but the winds of change are indicators that Fall is in the Air. A change to another season.

This change to Fall is not only a welcome relief from the heat but also indicates an appropriate closet clearing time. From considering what to keep out and bring out to what needs packing away or giving away that was rarely if ever worn or just not needed. The simple change of seasons in my closet is refreshing and a welcome event.

The promise of a new season is a reminder to me of Gods constant provision of everything I need. As well as how he created me with the ability to adapt and acclimate to each change of season.

For me this new fall season is also ushering in the promise of continued personal growth in my relationship with our creator. The winds of change are providing me with fond memories, new discoveries and the hope of using the gifts God has blessed me with.

I am looking forward to this new season. How about you? What are you looking forward to or planning in this new season?
