Today, I added a New Chapter to my story! Well, it’s more like 17 chapters in a little book. This is not my personal story, but there are hints to bits and pieces from my life in “Elizabeth’s Unusual Day.” It was fun and rewarding putting this story together in a book form. I hope it is interesting and enjoyable for the reader.
For years, I have told stories to my grandchildren, making most of them up as I went along. And some from my past. After spending a few ‘daycations’ and overnights this past summer with my grandgirls in NW Arkansas, they asked me to put this story into a book. I invited them to draw illustrations you will see within the pages of the story. I was delighted and impressed by their creativity and artistic expressions. The cover illustration is from a collection of drawings from an unknown artist circa 1904 that my mother passed to me. She is what I imagined Elizabeth might look like.
“Elizabeth’s Unusual Day” is available on Amazon in paper back and Kindle. The link can be found on my Resources page as well.

I would so appreciate your input and will share your thoughts with my Grand Girls Cienna, Evie, and Lily.
Thank you!
Never thought I would actually write a story or book, this new chapter in my life is full of surprises and fun too!
God Bless you my friend, thank you for sharing in my journey,
Pati
